First Grilled Rack of Lamb....

Well last night we made 3 grilled racks of lamb on the BGE. They turned out GREAT..I am so pleased with ourselves. Here is the site I posted 3 pictures, hope you can get it.

    Those look perfect! The racks you get are bigger then what I see at Sam's, those look fantastic.

    Congratulations on a great cook, I bet you knocked your guest right over with those.

    You might like to try rubbing the lamb racks with a coarse-grain mustard (like Grey Poupon's Country Dijon)before roasting. I usually do them in a hot, 375F oven with some white wine (or dry vermouth) along with sliced mushrooms in the pan. I stand the racks up and interlock the rib bones in 'honor-guard' fashion for more even cooking... It doesn't get much better!!~~
