I think you posted a while back about grilling some oyster mushrooms.
Can't remember if there was a recipe for marinating or just straight to the grill. Any help would be appreciated.
EggMaster,[p]It's very straight forward. Folks around here have been grilling them like this for years..... I just caught wind of this technique a while back and have since gotten loads of requests for them.[p]Get the grill good and hot, direct about 400-450. Even out the bed of coals if need.[p]Brush the mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil, working fast as the musrooms will siak up the oil, and lightly dust with the rub of your choice..... I've been using Tsunami Spin.... tastes real good.[p]Grill turning a few times until the ends get good and charred. Eat immediately while they're hot...... great as a main course.[p]

Looks to me that there are some on there that are a little orange. Looks like a few Chantrelles are also on that BGE to me! Yummmmm!!!!!!![p]Bonnie
