Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

  • Any links on building a "smoke shack" like that? That is exactly what I want to do in the backyard.

    Thanks!

Hey AnsonWilson,I don't have any links or plans for this.I built it myself from a sketch that I came up with. The easiest way for me to share the construction pics is to give you this link. This is what comes up when you type "progess report" in the search forum box ;) All of the progress reports are from me,and there's also a couple more from my build in this link :) Good luck, and let me know if you have any questions :)
