Pork Chops and Stuffed Bread

Recently, the missus and me cooked up a proper dinner of pork chops, salad and stuffed bread. Hope you like the pics.

After a light brine (thx 3rdEye), I tried a quick sear on the chops...

then back on the grill with a honey glaze and DP Ragin River.

Kiki decided that she wanted some bread, too, so she took the reins.

    Margie, I'm out of pocket now, but it is in the BGE cookbook. Check it out.
