Whole Rib Roast

I'm putting a whole rib roast on the egg in about an hour or so. I've done these before, but it has been a long long time. (5 years or so)[p]Has anyone done one of these recently? Any tips / reminders would be appreciated.[p]I'm going to do it at about 300 on a raised grid with a pizza stone under it, and no drip pan.[p]I was thinking of using a long skinny knife to put some holes in it, and stuff them with garlic. I think I saw someone do that one the food network recently.[p]

James,
Many variations to this cook and yours will work with great results also.
Only thing I might do is to wrap or cover that pizza stone with foil for easy clean up.
Good eats to ya.
