I wasn't going to post pictures. Really, I wasn't. I am comfortable in my own skin. I know I can cook and the egg will make it good. Then I set the trimmings on the bottom shelf and it looked so pretty. Snap!!

We had a pre-show 4th last night with neighbors. Of course I was talking about my egg, and it being setup and ready for an overnight cook. Then all the neighbors started asking me how many pictures I took of it to post here. They were attempting to tease me, but then they realized I actually DID take pictures! HA!

If I were you I'd take your meds right away!! Next thing you know you will be taking pictures of your thermometer, the smoke, smelling your hand after you pass it over the DFMT, taking pictures of large stacks of lump in your car/shed, taking pictures of half empty bottles of BBQ. Its a progressive disease, happens quick. Proceed with wild abandon, its a FREE country!!

Molly, I am still a youngster in the sauces department. I only have a few, Ancient Kraft Honey BBQ, Bone Suckin' Sauce, and SBR, and NO! I am not gonna take a picture of three bottles of BBQ sauce, who you think I am? I did pick up a twin pack of SBR at Costco and I buy my mustard two at a time and ketchup in threes, beans by the half case.

I fergot. I have a quadruple batch of Peidmont sauce in the fridge. It takes 64oz of ketchup and another 64oz of water as the base. If I am not mistaken there are 128oz in a gallon.
