BBQ Chicken Breasts

Decided to do some BBQ chicken breasts since I have not done them in a while. Marinaded them in a bowl of Williamson Brothers BBQ Sauce for 24 hours. Got the egg to 400 direct. Grilled them for 4 minutes a side, shut the egg down and let them site for 4 more minutes, flipped and set for another 4 as the egg temp came down. Sauced every time I flipped. pulled them at 160ish. They were perfect. Nice flavor and juice. Served with a blue cheese salad. Awesome.
