Followed recommendations I have previously reviewed and Chris' tutorial on his newsletter - mightyfine.
Dusted with Tsunami Spin, browned the breast and flipped
Whoa! - I have paid bunches for this in nice restaurants
Split one breast with my traveling companion - Orzo/spinach salad was just right with the duck
Duck/Andoille gumbo manana
