Eggs by the Bay

Cinthia and I attended the Eggs by the Bay yesterday in San Jose just after having moved to Sacramento on Friday... It was a great event, thanks to Smitty and all the staff for putting it up...

I cooked Salmon confit with asparagus and roasted pepper relish, and prime tenderloin with citrus garlic marinade and habanero.
