Wagyu Brisket

I'm going to do a wagyu brisket next weekend.

Can anyone with experience with one offer any advice? I'm planning on cooking it like I do my regular briskets.

    They do cook faster than a regular brisket. Keep an eye on the internal temps, but make sure you monitor tenderness with something like an ice pick. Trust the ice pick when it comes to tenderness.
