I'm heading home to my BGE from a very nice Penang and Singapore trip. What should I cook first on the BGE???
(Aside from the 30 hours of flying, it was another great trip - Penang has the most amazing food in the world)

Thanks for the suggestions - I ended up doing a beer butt whole chicken... turned out excellent - used the BGE cookbook recipe towards the back.
Now I'm off to sear a steak for dinner... -
