We love our wings crispy in our house hold. Some of Rub My Butt Rub, direct @ 300 and keep rotating the rack. Simple but good. The Fl. Mini Fest is not to far off so LC and Poolman if you want to take my title away you all better get those wings on and start practicing. :P

I do my wings dry like that also. They taste like bacon when they are done!
I have the wing rack also, which I recommend to those of you that don't have one. I do mine indirect, however, with foil on the plate setter and that way I don't have to rotate them.

Great looking wings. How do you know when they are ready? Do you use a meat thermometer? When I try to get "crispy" wings, I usually wind up over cooking them.

First off you should hide that KFC box in the background before you take the pic . Now if you practice your wings every Saturday that gives you 11 more chances to get them right before the mini fest,,, or at least how to hide the box and receipt :evil: :laugh: :laugh:
