Baby Back Ribs

edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
I was at a BGE cooking demo last week. A BGE rep demontrated a new way to do baby back ribs, at least it was new to me so I thought I would share it with the forum readers.
He put a lite rub on the ribs and put them on at 350-375 degrees indirect for fourty five minutes. He then took them off and put them in a pan with a can of coke and covered with AL foil for another forty five minutes. He then took them out of the pan and put them back on indirect coated with BBQ sauce for fifteen minutes. They were absolutely great and was quick and easy. Bucky Buckshot
