Forget the pulled pork (which I'm sure is good) but I love your silvia (and rocky of course!). I've been coveting those even before I wanted an egg. Like eggs, they are rarities on craigslist. It would be fun to do the PID hack on it as well. Have a cup for me!

Nice cook! Tasty Licks makes some good rubs, never tried it on a boston butt, though. I might have to give it a try next time
