Baseball season is also underway, so it's the perfect time to try out some chicken wing variations! Spare Ribs (pic heavy)

I did some spare ribs yesterday.

Cut them St Louis style and seasoned them up.

    Dry crisp or mushy? The first at least can be helped with a discrete layer of sauce. The later by serving to folks with crumbly teeth. :P

    They were on the dry side. Don't get me wrong they are ALL going to get eaten since they taste great. :laugh:

    That round drip pan is a pizza pan. I forget what size but it seams to work out great. ;)
