It was delicious. First time doing a spatchcocked chicken. First time using my NEW Digiq DX. Love it. Kept the temp at 350 for 1 hour or so. Pulled it off when thigh was 190. Did 2 at one time on a LBGE.
Now just need to find that recipe for the rotisserie chicken you can by at the store. Love that flavor, hate the grease.

Check the spice rack at your local supermarket. There is a blend called "Rotisserie Chicken" by McCormicks. It is really good and will give you that flavor!
