We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

It was delicious. First time doing a spatchcocked chicken. First time using my NEW Digiq DX. Love it. Kept the temp at 350 for 1 hour or so. Pulled it off when thigh was 190. Did 2 at one time on a LBGE.

Now just need to find that recipe for the rotisserie chicken you can by at the store. Love that flavor, hate the grease.

thanks for looking

  • Check the spice rack at your local supermarket. There is a blend called "Rotisserie Chicken" by McCormicks. It is really good and will give you that flavor!
