Okay, primarily for LC so she can see what a difference her help has made. I didn't get to finish it as I had to call it quits at midnight.

Thanks all. It's fun learning new things and I look forward to the next stage.
LC, I'm being a good boy, that laquered knife only gets used after shaving off the outer skin. I did a sweet potato a couple of nights ago it was kind of neet working with something that firm but it was a lot more work.
Gandolf, this one took me a little over an hour and a half. Please keep in mind this is my 6th or 7th attempt and I'm still having to think through each cut so I'm pretty slow. Pros like LC can do them much faster.
