I have a brisket in the cooler resting it has been there for three hours. I cooked it for another couple and they do not want it until evening. I don't think it will hold in the cooler until then Anyone have a suggestion, should I slice it put it in fridge with some juice then warm it later? any eggsperts out there?

I would throw it in the fridge then warm up whole thing later.

Is it wrapped tightly in foil? Put it in a 175-degree oven. It'll sit there for a couple of hours without drying out or overcooking, in my experience.
