My wife and I were in the mood for a hamburger, so I decided to fire up the egg. Nothing fancy, just some good been and Kraft single on a texas Toast bun with a few condiments thrown in... Simple but delicious.

Made a half dozen burgers tonight with roasted potatoes. Love cooking burgers on the Egg because it is so fast, 3min on a side for Medium! When you like them Medium rare you just show the burgers the Egg and your done! :woohoo:

Bacchus, you are correct, it truly does turn mundane into something special.
burger lover, I believe you will love texas toast as a burger bun. I don't do it this way all the time, but I actually prefer it.
CWM, and thechief96, it is easy to get caught up in all the great recipes and cooks that you can do on the egg and forget about the simple ones. BTW, hope the restuarant is doing well for you, CWM.
