My folks are coming into town on Frieday, and I want to give them some BGE goodness. However, I will only have about 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours to cook whatever I make for them. I was planning on making a Mr. Toad pork loin, but I am not sure how long that takes to cook. Anyone have any other suggestions for something that I can cook moderately quickly. Also, I don't want to spend too much money on the dinner (ie. no steaks).
