Starting with quality ingredients helps

Dry aged prime ribeyes (didn't ask how long dry aged) - nice marbling

Everyone in the pool

60 seconds per side on the mini and all done at 122

Potatoes on the Small along with bacon for the tots


Made a creamy gorgonzola sauce
