We cooked a ribeye steak at the North Augusta contest this past weekend. With a little knowledge gained from Bobby'Q and some Dizzy Pig Rub we had the Best Dang Steak out of forty-two. Gave us a nice little gas money check.

A Big Thanks to both.

    Congrats Sam !

Love me some DP rubs !

BTW, are you will to share the technique and what rub(s) you used?

I just taught my first cooking class tonight at my local retailer and we cooked 2" ribeyes. I used DP Cowlick on one side and Raising the Steak on the other side. They turned out pretty good.
