Fillets on the mini - took out the firering and got up close and personal for around 5 minutes

Too funny.
I took the rest of the week off.
Staying up late having a drink and watching bad TV. Life is good this week.
Weather was great here as well. Galveston needed a good holiday weekend.
Made travel around town a real pain in the .ss but great views on the Seawall.

Hey Leroy, my leaks have only lasted for 50, coming up on 51 quick. LOL
I am still trying to figure out if the light bulb in the fridge works when the door is closed. I don't need my steaks running into my chickens at nite.
