Brisket holding options

Brisket is getting close to finishing. Quick question for the group: Can I use a warming drawer instead of the cooler? My oven has one with 3 temp options, hi, med and low. I think they relate to 180*, 160* and 140*. Still have the manual and can get exact temps before throwing it in.

Like Vince says, it's made by the Germans and you know they make good stuff.
