    I bought the large... almost went for XL but figured I'd seen enough people do enough with the Large that I could get away with it... it was nice on my old gas grill to spread out. I have to say though, since I've gotten the Large i've been very happy with it. I've done Turkey Burgers (which came out phenomenal btw), a few chicken breasts, and some Brats before the UFC fight last night... worked fantastic... Also, there is just something about cooking over an open fire... Right now I got a Pork Butt on there... I'm keeping an eye on the temp its crept up ever so slightly... using it as an excuse to stay up and watch it and have a few frosty beverages in the gorgeous 75 degree night we have right now.
