Just a butt cook

Two of our kids are here for the weekend and I asked them what they would like for me to cook. And they both said Boston Butt, I think they say that cause they know I will have extra and Foodsaver it for them to be able to take some home. :) Besides isn't it some sort of law that you have to do a low n' slo on holidays?? :laugh: Here are two 10 1/2 lbr's after 18 hours. Now wrapped and in the cooler to rest while the sides are being prepared. Mike
