Just a butt cook

Two of our kids are here for the weekend and I asked them what they would like for me to cook. And they both said Boston Butt, I think they say that cause they know I will have extra and Foodsaver it for them to be able to take some home. Besides isn't it some sort of law that you have to do a low n' slo on holidays?? :laugh: Here are two 10 1/2 lbr's after 18 hours. Now wrapped and in the cooler to rest while the sides are being prepared. Mike

Yea, pulled up to show the bone just like nice ribs. Even with my super sized spatula I had a hard time getting them off without coming apart. Mike
