I have never cooked sausage on BGE. Any ideas?

    LOL...couldnt resist....check the submitted recipe section for "Jobu`s sausage and pepppers" simple and awesome, you cant go wrong with it, I was never a big fan of peppers before trying this recipe first hand at Eggfest..HTH[p]Wess

    Like any sausage/hot dog/brat/Kielbasa...don't cook em at 700°...kinda slow so they don't split open. Move em around, rotate the grill, a raised grid would make it easier. I start the fire just on one side, maybe just a little smoke. EZ. A good bun (toasted), sliced onions, sport peppers, celery seeds, mustard, relish...have I missed anything?[p]Or, use the recipe like Wess B. noted. Grilled sausage and peppers makes a great meal, and it isn't that difficult. Sweet with a little edge to it, now we're talking![p]
