That is cool. My favorite is the homemade vanilla with a light dusting of pineapple head.

Nice. We were recently at a restaurant that offered vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and bacon pecan streusel. I was all for it, but my wife thought it would taste odd. She changed her tune once she got a taste of it. Good stuff.
The other option (which we also tried) was vanilla with chocolate sauce, and chocolate/pasilla brownie bits. Also very good, but the bacon one was better. -
It didn't hurt either having Blue Bell from Brenham .... where the cow's think it is heaven. :laugh:
