Named after Woodoggies a long time poster known for posting pictures of
landscapes and food. Every Tuesday the eggheads post their favorite
pictures. Check it out.

LOL, Sanity isn't all it's cracked up to be . . . at least that's what they tell me. I wouldn't know either.
That's another beautiful picture John, you have a great eye for photography. I love many of your shots.

Here you go. I found the tag still on it after all these years:
It's from the Hybrid Tea group.
Here's what Wikipedia says about it:

They are very much available from lots of sources.

Wow that is nice to have that history. If you have other picks of the backyard patio area I would love to see them.

Thanks Slingblade, glad you enjoy them.

Thanks Spring, that is a beauty! I use to raise a dozen roses for my mother when she was alive. Mostly hybred tea's. I could be tempted to get back into it some day. The James Alexander Gamble Fragrance Medal Award winners include some great tea's, Double Delight and Mr. Lincoln are some of my favorites.

Clouds are fun if there aren't any hurricanes under them!
Speaking of clouds, it just started pouring here. We used to get rain every afternoon but haven't seen a summer like that in a long, long time. Maybe this will be one of those summers.

Doreen and me love Taos! It kind of reminds me of Santa Fe back when I visited it as a little kid 30 years ago or more. We went back a few years ago and was really dissapointed with Santa Fe. So commercial but Taos was so laid back. Trying to work a day in to stay again this year when we go to Colorado on our summer run.

Ya'll got some great pics, nothing like seeing the majestic beauty of the Bald Eagle....I live on the AL line in North West Florida and we have several Bald Eagles in our area...I was able to snap this shot as it took off from a power pole...I love the extension of the wings! :woohoo:
