I've got some amazon gift cards and the recent post on here about paella makes me want to make some for my PR wife.

Which pan should I get from amazon for a LBGE?

carbon steel with the dimples like fidel posted. i like the 13.5 inch diameter because i can get it just a little higher in the dome, theres more things you can do with it than paella, its great for casseroles, a roasting pan, a drip pan, a deep dish pizza pan etc. heres a hm i cooked high in the dome. you can season them like a castiron pan as well, very handy pan
