Stuffed burger for lunch

RRP told me to get Tavern cheese spread from GFS. I grilled some onion and stuffed with the cheese. seasoned and cooked on an onion steak roll. It turned out pretty good.

Funny that you say that. I'm looking at the clock and it's 5:20. I'm still stuffed. Might be a protein shake for dinner tonight. I snacked on a few blueberry's and Barbados cherrys in the yard.

That looks good, a little stingy on the cheese and onions there, but way outside your usual comfort zone, so you are to be commended. Also, very fancy on the mustard/ketchup swirl thing!

GFS Tavern cheese

since I sicced him on to it maybe I can answer - it's a soft creamy cheese spread with a nice garlic twang to it - but not overpowering. Once I tried to smoke some and I can't say that it helped any. It's good stuff and worth trying IMO.Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
