Looking for Frank from Houma's Pineapple Recipe

I've tried the search engine, and looked at the last Eggtoberfest recipes, but I can't find Frank's grilled Pineapple using DP's Pineapple Head rub.

I did it on Mother's Day...was a huge hit. Sliced it up after grilling and layed a ring at the bottom of a bowl with some fresh vanilla ice cream scooped on top of it.

Tried it once, and it was fantastic, especially with a little vanilla ice cream. Making another next week.
