I know this has been done to death, but I haven't posted any pics in a while so I thought I would share.

Raised grid, Cherry smoke, 375° for about an hour.

Very good, and very juicy !

Good looking bird. I was thinking of doing the same thing tonight but my wife made up my mind to have steak and crab instead. I'm thinking yours looks better.

I don't know about that. It's hard to beat a good steak IMO. :) The bird was good though.

    Thanks

Steak and crab is high on the list of Good Eats, but sometimes a juicy spatchcock chicken with warm corn tortillas and home made spicy salsa is hard to beat. Yours looks mouth watering.

What did you put on for rub? Looks amazing.

The rub was Weber's "Kickin' Chicken". (it was on sale for almost nothing)
