Cindy and I picked up three slabs of spare ribs and a two butt cryovac pack 17lbs and two whole chickens and zucchini and yellow squash and potato's and onions and green and yellow bell peppers. Cindy also mixed up a batch of homemade rub and BBQ sauce for the side. Tim

Hey Hoss, I will start at the beginning. Cindy had some skin in her mouth cut out and sent to the lab. So for the past 7 days she has not ate solid food to give her mouth a chance to heal.
Now that she is beginning to eat solids we plan to do it up. :woohoo:
Besides as we were heading to the store I asked my neighbor if she wanted us to smoke anything for her and she did want a butt smoked for her and her company that will be arriving on Sunday.

Doing my first butt on the egg on Sat. night. Wife picked up a nice 11# at the store on the way home today and I have brine in a bottle of Dr. Pepper as I type. I'll post my pics!

Well, the current goal is to cook all the meat in the freezer in the next week or so before we move. Right now I have a pork tenderloin and a bunch of chicken breasts thawed out. So those will get cooked. Going to make chic burgers with the breasts and not sure on the tenderloin yet. Probably the usual, just rub it.Egging on two larges + 36" Blackstone griddle
