What to do with leftover hors d'oeuvres

Had some neighbors over. They brought hors d'oeuvres. As they arrived I was carving a brisket that had cooked for 19 hours under a picnic roast that I pulled for pork sandwiches (w/ Piedmont sauce).[p]One taste of the brisket and the finger food didn't stand a chance.
