First butt DONE!

Just finished my first Butt today.
Started at 5AM with a 8 lb'er and 15 hrs 33 min later it was up to 200 deg. Pulled and put on a pistolette with some Sweet Baby Ray's, what a meal.
Filled the medium up with lump to the fire ring. Burning between 250-275 all day, plenty of lump left.
One of the best and easiest cooks I have done yet on the EGG.
What else can we try with the leftovers?

Awesome!! Pork burritos, pork green chili, pork stir fry, pork pizza, pork breakfast roll with eggs, cheese, wrapped in spread out bread dough and rolled up.

Sawbones, Happy Buttday!! Looking real goooood. I did my first butt cook today, ran 19 hours and totally worth it. I am all about those quesadillas. You could make a quick Posole, its a mexican pork or chicken soup.

PP pizza. your fav BBQ sauce on the dough the pork, some thin sliced onions and light on the cheese. YUMMY!
