We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Hey everyone!! We cooked today at Texas Eggfest (and attended the meet and greet last night) and had a great time meeting all of you.

I'm Beth (my husband is Bill) and we cooked some smoked sirloin and jalapenos today (just to jog your memory of who I am). If anyone remembers us, just wanted you to be able to associate who I am with my handle...

Anyway, thanks for being a great group of people - the food was fantastic today and both Bill and I look forward to hanging out on the forum!!
