Got a call from my wife, the lovely and talented Miss Holli, on my way home from work. She was concerned over a package that had arrived from Hernando, MS. Your intrepid Egger unwrapped with a breathless anticipation. Thank you Hoss!!!
This was snapped in between my wife's diving in to spread Bomba on Ritz:
While a great appetizer was enjoyed, dear old Dad got some wings on:
About an hour and 5 minutes in, got some homemade sauce on the little buggers:
Digging in:
A nice red in bloom for the missus:
Once again, thank you Hoss!

They were. Need about 65-70 minutes at around 325, indirect. Then apply your sauce, and let them have another 10 to set the sauce.

Well thank you, Little Steven!!!

After two years of reading about LaBomba, I hope a couple of jars make it to the TexasFest. I don't care how far they travel. :laugh:LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

Barry,
I can't believe it still isn't available in the US. I am out of stock myself and my 12 year old daughter has a bottle a week jag now. Actually bought some from a grocery store yesterday. I'm going to the importer tommorrow and raising a ruckus.

Kick some butt, my friend. They have many customers waiting in the Magnolia State!

It is, but you have to buy a case and pay some hefty shipping from what I read. I just want to sample pre addiction.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX
