Our menu:
Crab dip stuffed mushrooms
Gyro meatballs w/Greek yogurt sauce
Chicken thighs- one batch Jerk style, the other, not sure yet
Venison sliders w/cheddar cheese and Sweet Baby Rays
Venison kabobs
Bacon wrapped shrimp
Same munu as you for the after party.
I'll be sure to search you out for one of those wings. They sound tasty.

The traditional breakfast for the cooks and crew...and obviously ribs from the demo....and we got 120 sliders for the afterparty....The "Crown" goes without saying of course..LOL

Okay. I'm starting to get pumped now. Finally a few minutes to think about it, and then I realized it's only one day and a wake-up until the pre-fest.
I have a smallish packer brisket (dry-aged prime hehe) I need to cook, and think I'll start it in the parking lot Friday night. Hopefully it'll still be humming along in the morning.
After that I am playing it by ear. I'll see what looks bestest and freshest at the store, and it'll be a surprise.
Gotta get me one of dem monkey muffins. Seeya around the corner.
