Equals a simple yet tasty meal. :P
High in the dome I have a spatchcock chicken and just below is the potato's. This is a direct cook at 350° and it cooked for about 80 minutes. The leg quarter was 207° when I pulled the chicken off and the potato's were 210° and fluffy as can be for eating. :P
I turned the potato's once through the cook.
I never turned the chicken.
Now this is what i'm talking about chicken with crispy skin! yum yum :woohoo:
The leg quarters were the best and the Raging River rub was just right!

Great looking cook. I love the new accessories, pretty snazzy - but too clean.
