A busy Friday

Had a party on Friday I did all the cooking on the eggs. Managed to take one pic before everybody jumped in.

Jason, ABT is a jalepeno chili, hollowed or cored of all or a portion of the innards, stuffed with cream cheese or other cheese, then wrapped in bacon. Popular options are to add pulled pork or "little smokies" to the stuffing. For more heat, leave more of the innards intact. Scrape membrane from inside for milder ones.
Cook indirect(or maybe raised direct if just a few)around 350deg until bacon cooked. Sprinkling with a bbq rub prior to cooking adds a little flavor but more importantly helps crisp the bacon.
