So my temps spiked overnight. I found the dome temp at 400f and the butts at 205f! Guests aren't coming until this evening. How long can I safely keep butts wrapped in foil and blankets in a cooler?

I have kept them up to 6 hours. Why don't you pull and reheat?

Guess that's what I'm going to do. Didn't want to have to if I could just keep it in the foil all day. Tnanks Mike!
