Baby Backs

Did Baby backs with 3 different rubs. Lotta Bull, Blues Hog and DP Swamp Venom. 240 Grid Temp here they are after 3 hours. 2149f85b.jpg
Finished them all off with a mixture of Blues Hog Spiked with Tiger Sauce 5 1/2 hours later Look at them BONES.c6509982.jpg
The best rub today was blues hog, here is my plate

    To keep the ends from toasting I keep them under the platesetter so they cook indirect.
