We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

I used the plans from Naked Whiz with a modification, added about 12" to make it 69" wide. This gives me a little more prep room.

First burn today and I blew the gasket

  • Very nice looking table! Great job!

  • I feel your pain. I blew my gasket out on the first burn on Sunday night! The Ribeyes came out incredible even with the blown gasket. I called the place I bought my Egg at and they said they had received an email from BGE regarding defective gaskets. They gave me a new gasket free. I just put my new gasket on today, and now I have to wait 24 hours for it to cure before firing it up again.
