Had to have Bone-in ribeye tonite since BabyBoy and his roomie left before I could turn it into a Prime Rib! :( Oh well,I ain't gonna let it ruin! ;)
Life is good today! :)

    It may very well be the tastiest steak I've ever cooked.When you take a bite it's all you can do to keep the juice from runnin outta your mouth! :) I got 1 left in the fridge for later this week! :)

    what happened to your cast iron grate? it looks like it is missing some grate. did you do that so you could add a flavored wood or did it just happen?
