Here's my latest attempt at short ribs :blush: I rubbed them with Dizzy Pig Cowlick and Dizzy Dust(TASTY!!!!!)then smoked them with hickory at 250* for 4+hrs.Anyway,here's the proof...I mean pics :silly: ;)
