Ross' doz wings this week got me wanting some of those myself. Used EVOO on all eight: S&P on three, Uncle Tony's on one and my home made rub on four of them. Should have several left over for snacks/lunch tomorrow.
Thighs with broccoli, cauliflower and shrooms (cooked in an 8" CI skillet on the first level). Standard raised direct cook albeit a bit low at 350 degrees.
All done. Pulled at 165 to 170.
Plated - had a dinner guest tonight, Mr. Beam.
Got to get back to the NNY vs BOS game!

If ya haven't already...try a liitle beam and sprite..or 7 up, but I prefer sprite...makes ya happy all night long...grub looks great also..
