Weekend cooking

I had a nice 7lb bone in pork butt in the freezer and decide to cook it this weekend. Coated it with mustard and season with some Mccormick pork rub I hab in the cabinet. it not the best but it is ok.

put it on 250-270 indirect with plate setter drip pan of water. pulled off grill at 200 temp

rape it up and let it rest for an hour. the bone pulled out clean and i pull the pork

Had my tester tried it out. They said they needed more to be sure
