boneless pork sirloin roast

Could I use this cut of meat for pulled pork? If so, how long and what temp should it be cooked? I don't have a placesetter or a raised grid. Thanks for your help.

    Linda, You can probably use it but it's going to dry out before you reach 200. My recommendation would be to cook it to about 170 and try slicing it. You don't have as much fat in this as a Boston butt so you're not going to get the self basting characteristics that keep the butt moist through 200 degrees. Without the bone, this should slice up quite nicely though.
